Due to safety and legal issues, if Franklin County is declared a Level 3 snow emergency, the Bath location will be CLOSED. If Union County is on a Level 3 snow emergency, the Liberty and West College Corner locations of Bath State Bank will be CLOSED.

LEVEL 3/Warning: All roadways are closed to non-emergency personnel. No one should be driving during these conditions unless it is absolutely necessary to travel or a personal emergency exists. Those traveling on the roads may subject themselves to arrest.
