We’re hiring! The Agriculture Department at Bath State Bank is currently seeking a full-time AG Lender at our Bath location. The qualified individual in this position is required to have a bachelor’s degree in an Ag Related field or have an equivalent combination of education and experience working in the field of Agriculture.
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has good customer service skills, and is interested in empowering those in agriculture and rural communities to achieve their goals and expand their possibilities. Previous banking experience is helpful, but not required. This position will work Monday through Friday, and occasionally Saturday morning until Noon.
