How to open a secure message: 1) You will receive an email notifying you that you have a Secure Message available. 2) Click the hyperlink in the email message. 3) If this is your first time visiting Bath State Bank's Secure Email Message Center you will be prompted to create a password and a password reminder phrase. If you have previously received SecureMail from Bath State Bank, you only need to enter your password. 4) The SecureMessage Center opens and displays your email message.
How to send a secure message: 1) If this is your first time visiting the Secure Email Message Center you will be prompted to create a password and a password reminder phrase. If you’ve previously received SecureMail from BSB you only need to enter your password. 2) Select the Compose tab (you will see a blank email message) 3) Enter one or more email addresses, separated by a comma or semi-colon, in the To field. (You can only send messages to addresses that end in bathstatebank.com.) 4) Enter a description for your message in the Subject field. 5) Type your email message text below the Attachments field. 6) Click "Attach File" to attach files to your message before sending it. 7) Click Send to send your completed message.
