COVID-19 Update for BSB Customers

Attention Customers: With the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, remember to be cautious of unsolicited texts, emails and phone calls regarding the coronavirus. Fraudsters exploit circumstances like these for personal benefit.

As our community endures this difficult situation, we continue to be focused on the safety of our employees and customers, and maintaining business continuity. Our management is meeting frequently about the pandemic to ensure that our actions are aligned with the best and most current information coming from leaders in government and health care system.

As you know, you can conduct many banking transactions from home through our Bank Easy auto teller, Bank by Mouse online banking and BSB mobile banking app. Our Bank by Mouse allows you to manage your accounts, transfer funds and pay bills via computer. In addition, our mobile banking app (available on Android and iOS) provides the same management of your accounts via hand-held devices. Through our mobile banking app, customers have the ability to remotely deposit checks free of charge. If you are a customer and you have not signed-up for any of the above-mentioned services, we strongly recommended the use of all available tools and resources for self-service banking and 24/7 account access. We encourage our customers not currently enrolled in these options to reach out to us for assistance at 765-732-3022.

Both Bath and West College Corner locations are open; however, to ensure you have the most up-to-date information prior to leaving your house, please call us or check our web site.

If you are experiencing any flu-like symptoms that include fever, sore throat, shortness of breath or other symptoms — we request that you do not enter the lobby but instead use our drive-up lane or other digital banking tools to conduct your banking. Please use courtesy to our employees as well so that the entire community can remain healthy.

We will continue to monitor the Coronavirus situation, along with recommendations from the CDC, WHO, and federal, state and local governments. We thank you for your trusted business. We are ALL in this together.
