PREBLE COUNTY — Deputies are warning residents to check their debit and credit card statements after they received numerous complaints about fraudulent activity. The Preble County Sheriff’s Office says, as of noon Tuesday, Feb. 3, that 31 residents — mostly from the Camden and Gratis areas — have reported the fraudulent charges.
